At HSM Skincare Brand, due to the hygienic and sensitive nature of skincare products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, certain exceptions may apply under specific conditions.
When Refunds or Exchanges May Be Approved
You may qualify for a refund or exchange if:
1. Wrong or Incomplete Order
You received an incorrect item, damaged item, or part of your order is missing.
Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the items received for verification.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept:
Opened or used skincare products
Products damaged after delivery
Returns requested after the stated timeframe
